Art Requirements

• Must supply camera ready artwork

• Minimum requirements 250 DPI JPEG format

• We do not accept Microsoft Word or Power Point formats

• Specific Pantone colors preferred

• Maximum four colors per logo

• Email all artwork to kcarothers@hides.com

• Always include company name, contact name, phone #, PO Number with all submissions.

Imprint Area

• 1 ½ “ by 3 “ is optimal imprint area for maximum exposure

Ink Color Matching

• We charge $35 for PMS color match.

• Exact color match is not guaranteed

• If color match is critical, please request a pre-production sample

Pre-Production Proofs & Lead Time

• There is no charge for paper proof

• Delivery time is 2 weeks from artwork approval

• All orders over 5,000 units will be quoted by home office

Virtual Samples/Spec Samples

Available upon request. Must meet specific artwork requirements. Please call for details.

Colors

May vary among dye lots. We can not guarantee exact color match on re-orders.

Shipping information

All orders are shipped F.O.B. Stuart, FL via United Parcel Service standard ground service unless otherwise specified by customer. Charges are included on invoice.

Customers agree to hold SunCepts, Inc. harmless for any damages and/or costs arising under these laws as a consequence of our using the artwork. Furthermore, all logos portrayed in our catalog are for illustration only and are not available for sale unless otherwise specified by the owner of that copyright.
